How is it different from AI for Executives?
AI for Executives defines the initiative portfolio at company level. AI Operating Model goes into the detail: how the processes, roles and governance of a concrete area end up.
Is it theoretical or hands-on?
Hands-on. You leave with your area's operating model redesigned and a transformation roadmap.
Do we need AI agents already running?
No, but you do need to have tried AI in at least one process: the workshop starts from that experience to redesign the model.
