Evox AI-First™

Your team loses hours to manual tasks. AI-First redesigns the operation so AI is the core of the commercial system, not an add-on.

A 6 to 8 week operational transformation engagement. It is not prompt training: it is an architecture of autonomous agents and process automation connected to your internal data.

What we solve

01

Manual tasks that do not scale

We map the processes heavy in repetitive work and define which are automated with rules, which with agents and which stay under human supervision.

02

AI disconnected from the business

We integrate the models with internal databases (RAG) so they respond with the company’s real context, not generic answers.

03

Adoption without architecture

Instead of standalone tools, an agentic architecture is defined with clear integration points and assigned responsibilities.

04

Lack of governance

Human supervision, quality control and data governance protocols are established before anything goes to production.

How the program works

Phase 1Phase 1

Mapping high-friction processes

Survey of the commercial and operational processes heavy in manual tasks or with the most friction, prioritized by impact.

Phase 2Phase 2

Agent architecture and APA

Design of the autonomous agent architecture and agentic process automation (APA) on the prioritized processes.

Phase 3Phase 3

Integration and governance

Integration of the models with internal databases (RAG), data governance and human supervision protocols.

What you walk away with

By the end of the program you have
Agentic architecture blueprint of the operation.
Agentic process automation (APA) flows deployed in production.
Human supervision and quality control protocols.
Map of processes prioritized by impact and automation effort.

Frameworks we apply

Strategic™ doesn't diagnose by eye: every program leans on Evox's proprietary frameworks.

CORE™

Used to assess Capture and Orchestrate maturity: whether the data and systems are in shape for an agent to operate on them, and what to order first.

Marketing Engineering™

Pinpoints which revenue-engine constraints, typically X4 (operational qualification), can be unlocked with agentic capacity.

Why a consulting program

Architecture before tools

Buying AI licenses without redesigning the process leaves the friction intact. The program first defines how the system must operate.

Judgment on what to automate

Not every process should be automated with an agent. An experienced consultant tells apart where it pays off and where it adds risk.

Governance from the design

Human supervision and data governance are defined before production, not as a patch after an incident.

A reusable blueprint

The architecture design is documented so you can scale it to new processes with your team or with Engineering™.

Investment guidance

Investment is defined by scope after a qualification call, based on the number of processes to intervene on and the state of the data and systems. On that call we assess whether the company is ready for an AI-First program or whether a prior cleanup is advisable.

Is this for your company?

This program is for you if

  • Your sales or operations team is saturated with repetitive administrative tasks.
  • You want to multiply operational capacity without adding headcount at the same rate.
  • You already use some standalone AI tool, but it is not connected to your systems or your data.
  • You need a blueprint for integrating autonomous agents with judgment, not isolated experiments.

Let's map your case

Schedule a 30-minute qualification call to confirm whether this is the right program for your company.

Frequently asked questions

Is this AI training?

No. It is operational transformation consulting. The process architecture is redesigned and agentic automations connected to your systems are deployed. Team training is a separate line (Intelligence™).

Do the data need to be organized?

It is assessed on the qualification call with the CORE™ framework. If data maturity is not there, the first stretch of the work is organizing that base, or a prior Engineering™ project is recommended.

Who executes the automations?

The program delivers the blueprint and leaves APA flows in production. Building new flows at scale can continue with Engineering™ or with your technical team.

What about human supervision?

It is part of the design. Phase 3 defines which decisions stay under human review, with what criteria and what quality controls, before anything runs on its own.
